Metadata

Defining the metadata for your NFT or collection of NFTs is one of the most important steps. You have the following choices.

  1. NFT or collection name has a maximum character length of 150. If you're minting a collection, the file names of the assets you upload later will be used for all the individual NFT names.

  2. Description is optional and has a maximum character length of 300.

  3. Tags are known as 'topics' in the Arweave documentation. They will help your NFT be discovered on Universal Content Marketplaces, like Bazar, as well as Akord Explorer.

  4. Owner is the Arweave public address of the NFT owner's wallet.
